Pennine Pneumatic Services Ltd (PPS) acquires Compcon Ltd
East Midlands compressor consultants, Compcon Ltd (Compcon), have been acquired by Pennine Pneumatic Services Ltd (PPS). The move expands the reach of Pennine Pneumatic Services Ltd into Derbyshire and aligns two respected Atlas Copco distributors.
Compcon was established in 2009 by Dave Beer and Andy Conners with a mission to exceed customer expectations for compressed air service. As a service orientated business their values align with PPS providing a solid cultural underpinning for the acquisition.
