Within Atlas Copco IT Services, we are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Human Resources & Organizational Development Manager.

The organization consists of around 350 employees in countries all around the world. This position reports directly to the General Manager, and is part of the global management team.
This is an ideal role for an experienced HR Manager, and / or a driven HR generalist from a larger company with strong leadership credentials, looking to take the next step in a global role.

The role

As an experienced HR Manager with strong leadership credentials, it is your overall mission to continuously develop the HR Function and to support the ITS organizational development needs and strategy.  In your role you will guide and advise the ITS Management Team with HR expertise and you will lead the implementation of world class People Management practices globally.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Make the Mission, Vision and Strategies of the Atlas Copco IT Services come alive, ensuring employee commitment through clear, proactive and targeted HR practices
  • Support the GM and the Management team in the journey of constant organizational reinvention , with clear roles and responsibilities and the right people in the right place with the right skills to meet strategic and operational needs
  • Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including Employer Branding, People Management, Performance Management, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Diversity, Organizational Change and Development, Leadership Development, International Assignments, Remuneration and Benefits
  • Safeguard that everyone in the organization respects and lives up to the key values and culture of Atlas Copco and the key behaviors of Atlas Copco

Skills and experience

We are looking for a senior HR Manager with a proven record of driving the human resources function in a global and multi-location context to create tangible results. The successful candidate has a university degree within Human Resources or Organizational Management, or similar.
Educational Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must.
