Background: Born in Wallasey near Liverpool in the UK. Moved down to Essex East of London in 1985. He got married in 1986 and have two sons and a daughter.

After leaving school he joined a shipping company as a Marine Engineer Cadet and completed his Cadetship. Later on, he joined an Atlas Copco distributor in 1987 and then a Broomwade distributor in 1991. Futhur he joined Atlas Copco UK as a service engineer in 1995 and became a technical support engineer in the same year. Aftwrewards, he joined Atlasco in 1997 as a Service Supervisor. He also have worked in Suadi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain and UAE.
