Atlas Copco Egypt Ambassador sharing his experience during that challenging time
• I have joined Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Egypt as a Sales Engineer on 1/03/2018. • From selling process automation Instruments to renting Atlas Copco different solutions was such a challenging move but Thanks to my peers, management and customers, it has been a very fruitful and rewarding journey over the past 2 years😊

 1. What most you like about Atlas Copco?

  • Family culture, exposure and exchanging experiences through meeting talented people from the division/ other divisions from all over the world, and having a meaningful, effective and satisfying role are the best things I like about working in Atlas Copco.

 2. Most positive event happened to you in COVID 19 time? 

  • Improving emotional intelligence is a great exercise to manage our emotions in a positive way to relieve stress and emphasize with our colleagues, customers, family and friends.
  • Innovating and brain storming to find out new approaches to communicate remotely and maintaining profitable business.
  • It's been a very good test for corporate's responsibility towards its employees and it has been a great success for Atlas Copco as it is giving us a sense of appreciation and gratefulness .

 3. What is the most positive thing you expect in future? 

We have learned how to act in unison at a massive, global scale and it proofs that we do have the organizational ability to tackle the really big problems and it drastically reflects on:

  • Being more productive.
  • Improving relationships with others.
  • Leadership will more important than ever.
  • Work will allow for more diversity and flexibility.

 4. How this can affect us as Atlas Copco employees and society around us ?

  • Entire lifestyle changes to practice better hygiene
  • People will have a better quality and appreciation for time and jobs.
  • People will focus more on company's cultures.

5. What is your positive message to your colleagues? 

We should take comfort that while we may have more still to endure, better days will return, we will be with our friends again, we will be with our families again, we will meet again 😊
