• Through a newspaper Job Announcement, I applied to A position of Sales Engineer in Atlas Copco on 2008.
• Got a call for interview then passed all interviews and joined Atlas Copco starting Jan 2009 as Construction tools Sales Engineer – Construction & Mining Technique Business Area that Time.
• Passed a lot of challenges inside the Organization Both Internally as Organization changes (Business areas restructures, Acquisitions, …etc.) and externally (as Crises, political situations, Economic instability ..etc. ).. I can say Confidently past 10 years was abnormal 😊
• Despite all this challenge we As Atlas Copco employees are always targeted for implementing company’s Vision and ensure providing sustainable productivity to all our customers through our premium portfolio / services.
• We must implement our Mission to put Atlas Copco in its deserved position in the Market as a Market leader in our field.
- The way our company is dealing with every single challenge or any sudden situation that may affect our Business is showing high level of risk management that reflects how strong is our company and how we are caring to continue our mission and keep us as Market leader.

- As during Covid 19 we all were facing difficulties in physical presence in office or with Customers this required a very high level of cooperation between people as operations required more remote tasks to be done from each employee … what happened and still happening between all Employees from high level of cooperation, Multi tasks Implementing is really showing every one's care on keeping the work going in smooth and proper way as in normal conditions ( this is highly appreciated).

- For Business - As we passed hard times together and showed positive teamwork attitude to pass this challenge, I think this will raise our future spirit to pass any unexpected challenge as we will have the good experience for it.
- For life - we will be more caring about our health and will avoid any previous bad habits that shows an effect on our society health.
- Everyone should be responsible for him / herself, his or her surroundings, society, we learned from this challenge our responsibility against each other.
