Salah Abdelnaeim
•I joined the company in 1990 when it was through distributor / Agent, and stayed working with them for 3 years till the name became Atlas Copco. •I feel that I was very lucky as I was trained by people who were really skillful and working hard and I learnt a lot from them, and all helped me till I become what I’m now.

 1. What most you like about Atlas Copco?

  • The most thing that I like in Atlas Copco is that the management always care about the employees and their needs.
  • The situation I never forget is when I was in accident, Atlas Copco helped me a lot, supported and kept contacting me, I felt that we are a family and I was very happy.

 2. Most positive event happened to you in COVID 19 time?

  • Regarding the business, I see that it was stable and wasn’t affected like other companies, and I think this was due to the wide database in the market that we have as we don’t depend on just one client and we have a lot of clients and customers we work with and do our best to get their satisfaction and success partnering with them, thus we continued in work and operations.

  • Regarding my personal life, this time during curfew,  give me the chance to stay home for long time and this makes me closer to my sons and feel more stability with my family.

 3. What is the most positive thing you expect in future?

  • I’m very optimistic that the market will be as it was, and the life will return after covid 19 period, I see that everything changes and no problem with this, but the most important thing that this change will be for better life, I think that everyone had the enough time to rest and think during covid curfew, so they will be ready for hard working and productivity after such period.

 4. How this can affect us as Atlas Copco employees and society around us ?

  • I see that we will return to our work again with no problem as I said everyone had the enough time for rest, and now everyone is excited to work, we have learnt from this period, the adaption on any circumstances and work under pressure, even if the whole society is affected.

5. What is your positive message to your colleagues?

  • My message to my collogues is that the effort that you do is not lost even if it seems to you, and you should always work hard and let your achievements  talks about you.
