Students summer internship at Atlas Copco Egypt - Service division

Internship program is the chance to learn by training in a setting where you are supervised by a professionals in the field and have the opportunity to achieve your own learning goals.
On July & August 2019, the CTS “Compressor Technique Service” division has welcomed some of the engineering university students to take part in the summer internship.
Hands on training
They had an excellent opportunity to taste the technical jobs, and getting their own impression of the wide range or training and internship in Atlas Copco Egypt, also to learn more about our operations, professionalism, and innovative solutions in the field of service and maintenance, and the high energy savings that are possible through our products.
Throughout the training days the interns worked on a wide variety of projects including workshop and on customers' sites where they experineced how our technicians engage and interact with the customers.
Career Exploration
- All the students showed their interest in sharing best practices in the service business, and how it will be a benchmark on their business experience.
- With the acquired knowledge and skills, the participants got a different view on their future business and they are prepared to implement changes to explore their capabilities needed for their future career path.
The feedback from the students is very positive. We are happy to see that the internship opens a ground for their future career as this is an important step to building a solid career!
