Atlas Copco Egypt celebrating the Swedish National Day in Cairo with sustainability and culture in focus
The Embassy of Sweden in Cairo held the National Day of Sweden celebration in 3rd July, 2017 with an evening of live Swedish and Arabic music on the Nile with several hundred guests. The reception presented an opportunity to highlight Swedish-Egyptian relations & Swedish policies & culture where Atlas copco Egypt was one of the Swedish companies in Egypt participating annually at the event. The Swedish National Day is a good opportunity for Atlas Copco brand awareness to a broader society from the governmental & private sector, dipolomatic & civil society, and a good chance for Increasing public awareness about Swedish policies and promoting Swedish brands available in the Egyptian market
The Ambassador presented awards to six artists whose designs had been selected as the best products of a two-day textile design workshop Where Atlas Copco Egypt sponsored one of the gifts presented on behalf of Samer BaniNaser, General Manager Egypt, Sudan & Levant Area
The reception featured exhibitions that highlighted Swedish culture and areas of Sweden’s commitment towards sustainability, both domestically and internationally on various issues ranging from peace and security to business and economy to development. Atlas Copco displayed the first Portable air compressor manufactured in 1905 and how it evolved to its model as of today.
Atlas Copco had a good media relation presence thru the advert and the press released within the “Egyptian Gazette” Newsletter at its special annual supplement on the occasion of the Swedish National Day, which is one of the widely read newsletter in Egypt and throughout the world - where Samer BaniNaser, the General Manager, introduced Atlas Copco Egypt 60 years’ history experience and highlighted Atlas Copco 5 Strategic pillars for our sustainable Growth.
