Atlas Copco's B2W Program is for talented professional women who took a break from the workforce and are looking to restart their careers. This paid program will enable you to work on projects as B2W associate that match your expertise, interests, and abilities and could lead to full-time employment. During your experience, you will have the opportunity to update your skills in a contemporary work environment. You will have access to the latest tools and technologies available and work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to hone your expertise.

Eligibility Requirements

Participants who have a Graduate degree in any discipline, with a minimum one year work experience and should not be on a full-time employment anywhere else.

Program duration

Qualifying candidates will be offered intensive learning and work experience for six (6) months. After undergoing B2W program, Atlas Copco may offer different positions to the best candidates.
