Flexible Working Hours

Atlas Copco offers flexible office hours based on employees’ tasks and availability. The purpose of Atlas Copco's work model is to develop and promote a working culture that is independent of employees’ physical presence, to enable improved professional output ensuring achievement of short- and long-term goals. 

Learning to drive

Atlas Copco Pakistan offers driving courses during office hours to women employees, especially those who want to learn the skill. After all, driving brings independence and we are all in for it!

Maternity leaves

All women in Atlas Copco Pakistan are entitled to three months paid maternity leave.

Female mentoring program

We have initiated a program, "Stepping towards Gender Diversity", in which Atlas Copco Pakistan conducts mentoring sessions to support women's talents in developing themselves for future roles.

Female training

Atlas Copco as a group dedicates part of its overall training for female employees.
