§  Subscription calendar

o   Time slots to be provided on April 23 and 24, every 30 minutes, as from 10 am-12 pm and 1pm-5pm

o   Maximum capacity per 30 minutes: 20 persons

o   If capacity is reached for a time slot no more possibility of booking

o   Calendar invite sent to the provided e-mail address

o   Subscription information: first name, surname, address, do we need GDPR compliance statement (tick box for consent of keeping the data merely for statistical purposes: being able to verify which neighbours and how many we have been able to reach)
