You can install it easily
This is a truly plug and play design. It can be set up with a simple connection via ethernet cable. No special software, complicated wiring or installation are required. Simply plug in, turn it on and you’re all set to go.

Receive the information as per your requirements by configuring your interface, that way you can filter through information and monitor only what you need to. The system also allows you to adjust your vacuum system to specific requirements and save pump configurations to one of four-mode slots.
You can schedule operations
The controller allows you to seamlessly schedule actions such as purge cycles, auto clean, set-point adjustments to repeat continually based on your timetable and/or process demand.
You get instant insights
Get insights and recommendations based on live and historic data including vacuum uptime, pump performance, pump economy or vacuum pump health.
HEX@™ also helps you optimize the energy efficiency or extend the maintenance intervals by helping you monitor these parameters for maximum production time.
You can enjoy complete security
HEX@™ fully supports the latest and most common protocols found in industrial markets allowing integration with your preferred system. Additionally, all data communication involving HEX@™ enabled products to and from the cloud use multi-layer encryption and private key protocols.
You access it anywhere
PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone – you can access HEX@™ through your device of choice. The secure, web-based user interface connects directly to your pump or fleet of vacuum pumps. Our high-level security protocols enable remote access by selected, authorised personnel only.

In a centralized vacuum setup with multiple pumps working together, efficient control, while essential, can be tricky. But not impossible.
HEX@GRID works like the brain of your central vacuum system. Equipped with the latest HEX@™ controller, HEX@GRID connects and controls up to multiple vacuum pumps as a single system. Unlike traditional intelligent multi-pump controllers, using combinations of different pumps each potentially running at different pumping speeds to achieve total pumping performance, HEX@GRID’s optimizer analyses the actual power consumed by each individual vacuum pump at every operating point to find the best combination of pumping speeds to meet your demand.
