When equipment suddenly fails or availability drops, it can negatively impact production and profits. With an early warning system for potential problems such as low oil levels or poor dryer quality, customers can react quickly and take action to keep everything running as usual. When you connect your compressor, the SMARTLINK early warning system transmits alerts to computers and smartphones. Depending on the selected service plan, this functionality is already included. There is also a function for monitoring the condition of the bearing (if the hardware is installed) by measuring the shock pulse, which measures the wear of critical components and issues a warning message if replacement is required. Thanks to this sound service approach, maximum machine availability can be guaranteed and uptime increased by an average of 3%
