- 5 females have joined the sales, service & project engineering field
- Organizing awareness workshops on attracting, retaining & empowering females by raising their technical competences in the service division
- Implementing ‘Women in Power’ project that aims to promote professional leadership & the empowerment of women by enabling them to re-explore their talents, strengths & bring up the best version of herself to lead using Gallup strength coaching approach
