Atlas Copco Egypt Speeds up Efforts on Gender Diversity

  •  5 females have joined the sales, service & project engineering field 
  • Organizing awareness workshops on attracting, retaining & empowering females by raising their technical competences in the service division
  • Implementing ‘Women in Power’ project that aims to promote professional leadership & the empowerment of women by enabling them to re-explore their talents, strengths & bring up the best version of herself to lead  using Gallup strength coaching approach

In the women's Intenational day - we asked every lady to express -in just one word- how she feels  about working in Atlas Copco and they came up with amazing bundle of words that translates Atlas Copco  values and culture.
