“I would buy self-confidence. I’m a bit shy.” As being used in working in the workshop and compressor room, most likely dealing with machines, Bexley says he did not develop yet his bit of shyness which he is currently working on.
He answers he appreciates it very much when, “Our manager shares his knowledge with us.” Bexley also mentions that this is one of the characteristics of a good superior that he will be gladly to copy and apply on his own.
“All these three are important but what I like most is -- commitment. Commitment with the customers is the key for a stable relationship with them.” This value highlights how Bexley was able to provide good and satisfactory service with the customers ever since he started as a field service engineer and this will surely be continued and improved now that he is in a very new role in the organization.
