Scope of services
• Assignment of license (virtual station) to controller and production key • Integration into the customer's IT infrastructure • Firmware update (if required) • Programming of one parameter set according to customer specification • Initial calibration of the transducer incl. result report: one direction of rotation, torque and angle of rotation (in the laboratory, factory calibration according to Atlas Copco Global Standard/Service*) • Connection and basic configuration of max. 2 accessories (barcode scanner, stacklight, I/O extension) via Open Protocol • Factory training (max. 1 hour) • Start-up support for productive use of the system (max. 1 hour) • EasyStart completion protocol * DAkkS calibration possible, price on request.Prerequisites
• The specifications for programming the parameter sets as well as for the accessories and the communication interface must be provided by the customer in advance. • A checklist for entering the specifications and information on the preparatory work to be carried out by the customer will be provided as part of the appointment allocation. • The customer must ensure that all work is to be carried out without waiting time for the Atlas Copco technician.EasyStart MWR
