Single stage air/nitrogen booster

This booster compressor combines industry-leading efficiency, flexibility, and peace of mind. With technologies and performance tailored for your medium-pressure needs, ideal for industrial cleaning, laser cutting, PET molding, among other applications.

The LB10-40 booster series are air-cooled, single-stage, oil-lubricated piston booster compressors. Tailored to perform non-stop and provide premium air and nitrogen solution.

The belt-driven booster series has a wide power from which flows from 50m³/h to 500m³/h can be reached with inlet pressures between 2 and 10 bar to effective working pressures up to 40 bar.

The Atlas Copco booster compressor is Smart as it’s equipped with the Elektronikon® Touch controller, allowing you to optimize your operations and combine multiple units. The IE3 motor and the low current start-up are making the booster efficient and sustainable. With its large inlet and outlet pressure range, it’s different variants and models the Atlas Copco booster solution is flexible and adaptable to your needs

Designed, manufactured, and tested completely in-house, the LB10-40’s compressor block is built for supreme reliability and next-level efficiency. Every component is optimized for strength and wear resistance. Highlights include an innovative oil lubrication system, efficient cooling, an optimized pump, and cylinder dimensions tailored to reach efficiency at 15-40 bar.

Its advanced piston technology includes an oil breathing system to limit oil carryover, inlet and outlet safety valve protection and steel valve plates with an innovative corrosion-resistant coating.

Connection, operation and monitoring couldn’t be easier. The Elektronikon® Touch pre-programmed controller optimizes performance and continuously measures pressure temperature and oil-level. Also pressure band settings are automated. Multiple units can be connected and there’s a Smartlink connection for remote follow-up.
