Atlas Copco’s Energy Storage System wins Environmental Product of the Year Award

Atlas Copco’s ZBC energy storage systems have won the prestigious ‘Environmental Product of The Year’ award in the Association of Manufacturers and suppliers of Power generating Systems (AMPS) Excellence awards.

The accolade is given to the most innovative solution for the power industry that significantly contributes to sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental impact while positively influencing the sector. Atlas Copco’s ZBC energy storage systems have been recognized for their sustainable approach to power generation. The range exemplifies a concept of environmental impact reduction, lowering emissions and operating noise while providing versatile and renewable power solutions.
It’s a very exciting time in the industry. The UK is actively transitioning toward a low-carbon energy system and the demand and opportunities for this technology are growing significantly and will continue to do so.
