A: Dryers (HOC) – MDG presentations
By removing moisture from compressed air with a low pressure dewpoint, MDG heat-of-compression rotary drum dryers eliminate system failures, production downtime and costly repairs, limiting energy costs.
B: New inPASS™ filters (process filters)
Normally, servicing a filter involved shutting down the entire compressed air system or installing 3-valve bypasses around every filter. The inPASS™ re-directs the air through the filter head during maintenance, allowing for safe filter cartridge replacement without interruption of the airflow.
C: Process filters
Our portfolio includes bags, capsules, cartridges and housings that support your gas and liquid filtration systems' requirements, from raw materials and utilities, up to the final product.
Topic 4: Energy conversion
A: Heat pump
Our heat pumps are designed to be reliable, efficient, and easy to operate and maintain. They can also be integrated with other Atlas Copco products, such as air compressors, chillers, and energy recovery, to create a low carbon utility room.
B: Steam compressors
Our steam compressors use mechanical work to increase the pressure and temperature of steam, which can then be used for heating. As an alternative to traditional boilers, steam compressors can effectively translate waste low grade heat to medium pressure steam with excellent turndown and efficiency.
