Liquid filter bags for reliable contaminant retention

Our liquid filter bag range is suitable for a wide range of applications that have large flow rate requirements or contain a high amount of particle contamination. Ideally suited to pre filtration or final filtration in non-critical applications where contaminant retention is the only concern.

 

 

Nylon mesh filter bags

Sewn seam, nylon monofilament mesh filter bags

BMN series filter bags are specifically designed for liquid filtration for a wide range of industries, including food manufacturing, industrial and chemical. The monofilament meshes have a woven structure of single filaments, thermofixed, to give a precise micron rating. 

 

The BMN series are available in Size 1 & 2 bags in a range of micron sizes, depending on material type.  Available with traditional or moulded ring. Using the moulded ring, a 360° hermetic seal is formed between the filter bag and housing. This ensures maximum filtration performance. This is especially important for critical applications where low micron ratings are required. Moulded rings also feature integrated lifting handles, enabling ease of use as well as faster bag change and installation.

 

Some of their key features are precise micron rating for critical applications, high level of mechanical strength and high solid holding capacity.

 

Welded filter bags

BWF series filter bags are specifically designed for liquid filtration for a wide range of industries, including food manufacturing, industrial and chemical. All seams are welded, and no process liquid can bypass through needle holes caused by the sewing process.

 

The BWF series are available in Size 1, 2 and XL bags, with traditional or moulded ring. Using the moulded ring, a 360° hermetic seal is formed between the filter bag and housing. This ensures maximum filtration performance. This is especially important for critical applications where low micron ratings are required. Moulded rings also feature integrated lifting handles, enabling ease of use as well as faster bag change and installation.

 

Their key features include high solid holding capacity, a wide range of materials for compatibility and extended life versions for 5x longer life.

Sewn filter bags

Sewn ring, needle felt filter bags

BSF series filter bags are specifically designed for liquid filtration for a wide range of industries, including food manufacturing, industrial and chemical. All seams are sewn, with options for nylon and PTFE media, as well as Stainless Steel neck rings for a wide range of chemical compatibility.

 

The BSF series are available in Size 1 and 2, with traditional neck rings in galvanized, stainless steel and polypropylene for a broad range of compatibility across applications. Manufactured from 100% virgin fibres, chosen for their purity, consistent high quality and repeatable performance.

 

Some of their key features are sewn neck ring and welded side seam, lifting handles for easy removal, stainless steel neck ring option and high solid holding capacity.
