Why does investing in energy efficient air compressor systems always pay off?

Air compressors generate heat energy that can be harnessed for other purposes in the operating environment. For instance, waste heat from the compressor can be recycled as hot water which could be used within certain manufacturing processes, or it could be redirected into the heating or hot water system of the building.

Match the air demand

Do not rely solely on the stated motor power rating to match the air compressor performance to the process air demand.

Start with the air pressure and flow requirement and then find the best fit in terms of drive motor power. Always keep in mind: pressure + flow = energy = cost.
