Stisnjen zrak za uporabo v avtomatizaciji

Stisnjen zrak se uporablja v avtomatiziranih ceveh za polnjenje in pakiranje, za krmiljenje ventilov in aktuatorjev. Stisnjen zrak brez olja preprečuje zagozditev vaših komponent za avtomatizacijo in ščiti vaš končni izdelek.

Transport

Stisnjen zrak se uporablja za transport mleka v prahu ali kakava v prahu. Z brez-oljnim zrakom se izognete onesnaženju praška z oljem in ohranjate čistost praška.

Čiščenje z zrakom

Shranjevanje hrane

Pri ločevanju zraka se stisnjen zrak razdeli na kisik in dušik. Nato se dušik uporablja za konzerviranje hrane v pločevinkah, v večjih nahajališčih ali med ladijskim prevozom. Zrak mora biti 100% brez olja, saj dušik pride v neposreden stik s hrano. Ob stiku z oljem se membrane in adsorbenti obrabijo veliko hitreje, njihova zamenjava pa je draga.

Hlajenje in brizganje

Pečene izdelke ohladimo s stisnjenim zrakom. Ostanki olja v stisnjenem zraku pokvarijo končni izdelek, kar vodi v odpad in izgube pri proizvodnji.
