Traditional PTO and FlexTime
We know that balancing home and work life can be difficult and is contantly changing. That's why we remain focused on establishing workplace policies that are both modern and flexible. In addition to providing up to 15 vacation days in your first year with Atlas Copco, we provide paid holidays (the amount varies, but typically is between 8-9 days). Employees are also eligible for up to 5 additional days to be used as floating holidays. We also offer three different versions of flexible working arrangements!

You are eligible for insurance on the first day of the month following the first day of employment. We want our employees to stay as healthy as possible; that's why we provide a $150 annual wellness checkup reimbursement per employee and a $100 annual checkup reimbursement per eligible spouse!
Maternity and Paternity Leave
We provide 10 weeks of fully paid maternity leave, and you also have the option of taking short-term disability, which extends your leave to 12 weeks. We also offer 2 weeks paid paternity leave - including for adoptive parents!
Retirement & 401k
Eligibility for 401k contributions starts 31 days after employment begins. We will match 50% of the first 6% that you contribute. Our company's automatic contribution to your 401k is 3%, regardless of whether you contribute or not; this can be increased to 5% with time and company tenure!

Internships & I.M.P.A.C.T. Sales Development Program
We offfer a variety of summer internship positions for rising juniors and seniors in locations across the United States. Our six-month I.M.P.A.C.T. (Integrated Mentionship Program for Air Compressor Technologies) Program is available for recent college graduates, and provides an intensive practical and hands-on training in the air compressor industry. At the end of the program, participants are qualified to take field-based sales positions across the United States.
