The four levels of Atlas Copco support
Atlas Copco has four distinct levels of support: Self-help support, ToolFix support, advanced remote support, and on-site support.
Levels 1 & 2 are for the more general support types, including product questions, event or error definitions, repair/calibration information, software licensing and downloads, and more.
Levels 3 & 4 are for the more complex support requests, both planned or unplanned. Offerings in these levels include diagnostics and resolution assistance, programming changes, PLC/Fieldbus inquiries, along with situation management and emergency on-site support.
