Joscelyn A. Davis is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in private, public, and nonprofit sectors. As the Chief Strategist at JADE Strategies, Inc. (JSI), she focuses on strategic planning, leadership coaching, and organizational change management. Davis is also the founder of Mentoring Leaders℠ and Mentoring Trailblazers℠, programs designed for executive leaders and professional women. Her expertise lies in leadership development, strategic planning, and team collaboration. Davis holds degrees from the University of Michigan and the University of New Haven, and she has received numerous awards for her contributions to leadership coaching and organizational excellence. Joscelyn also serves as the Board Chair of the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce.

Colleen Flynn, with over 30 years of operational experience, is the Operations Manager at Atlas Copco. She fosters a LEAD culture, to Learn, Engage, Accelerate, and Disrupt, driving positive change in the North American Motor Vehicle and General Industry markets. Colleen co-founded Cornerstone Business Consulting in 2001, specializing in value engineering, six sigma, and lean systems. She has been a keynote speaker and featured in business articles for her expertise in Business Process Redesign. Her passion to inspire collaborative thinking across multiple disciplines has been the key success factor to driving continuous improvement and growth.

Marie Szymanski is an accomplished Automotive Executive with a history of driving record-breaking growth and profitability. Her career started at General Motors in Production Leadership and Engineering positions.  She has held various Sales Executive roles since coming to Atlas Copco in 2013. Marie attended Oakland University and achieved a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Master of Science in Engineering Management.  Marie excels in critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and maximizing internal efficiency. She is a culture-focused leader who motivates teams to work together to achieve exceptional results. In her current role as General Manager at Atlas Copco, Marie oversees the Sales, Marketing and Service organizations for customers in North America. Marie’s commitment to organizational culture and collaboration has been instrumental in driving team success.  Her strategic vision and customer-centric approach to business have made her a standout leader in the automotive industry.

Deena Centofanti is a prominent news anchor and health reporter for Fox 2 News in Detroit, where she currently anchors The Nine. After studying broadcast journalism at Miami University, she began her career at WSYX in Columbus, Ohio, in 1990. With over two decades at Fox 2 News, Centofanti has become a respected figure in health journalism, providing essential information to the public. Her dedication to accuracy and professionalism has earned her numerous accolades and a devoted viewership, making her a trusted voice in the community.

Jen Durda is a sales leader with over 20+ years of experience in the Advertising Sales industry.  Jen has a track record of growing revenue by establishing and growing media and corporate partnerships between leading national brands, media outlets and official league partners. She built a strong presence in top Chicago and Detroit markets by deploying a motivated sales force while maintaining a personal presence with national accounts.

Prior to FOX, Jen was the Vice President of Advertising Sales for Warner Bros. Discovery/Turner Sports where she spent 14 years.  Prior to WBD, Jen worked for the Walt Disney Company/ESPN for 6 years. 

Jen graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Marketing and is actively involved at her alma Mater.  She serves on the Sports Business Board and is a founding member of the BOSS – Business of Sports Summit which provides students with tools to pursue their dream of working in the Sports industry.  Jen currently resides in Rochester, MI with her husband Brian, three sons and new baby girl, Milly who is a 8 month old mini golden doodle.

Bliss Bridgewater is VP of Global Account Management for Akkodis Group, an IT & Engineering Services organization. Throughout her career, Bliss has led large-scale operational transformations and has a passion for building new business functions and establishing centralized processes. Bliss attended Oakland University and graduated with a Masters in Training and Development, HR Management and Services, and a BS in HR Development. Bliss is an avid rider and shows horses competitively, recently qualifying and competing at The National Horse Show.
