Designed for applications with limited available workspace, the modular CMS - Component Mounting System provides limitless possibilities for tool, controller and accessory mounting, enabling optimal ergonomics and productivity. The system can be easily configured to create a basic single controller or HMI station; or a larger, full workstation with multiple components and accessories. CMS configurations (shown above) include compact stands for bench or floor mounting, and suspended frame versions to accommodate overhead mounting requirements.
Compact Stands
Compact stands are available in bench and floor-mounted versions, which consist of a post and base, and can be easily configured by selecting the desired length and type. Mounting options for compact stands include a base plate for floor or bench mounting and fixed mount for floor, bench and wall mounting, plus a mobile base for portable systems.
Suspended Frame
Suspended frame Component Mounting Systems for overhead mounting are available in Fixed Rail, I-beam and trolley options. These overhead systems allow for increased floor workspace and less clutter in working areas.
