Choosing the right pneumatic grinder matters. From productivity and ergonomics to power and control, the difference shows up where it counts most, on the shop floor. That’s why Atlas Copco is offering a hands-on demo program that lets you evaluate our pneumatic grinders in your own environment before making a purchase decision.
Through this program, qualified companies can request a demo of one of two proven pneumatic grinders: the LSF29 or the LSV39. Put the tool to work on your actual materials, processes, and applications, and see firsthand how Atlas Copco grinders deliver consistent performance, operator comfort, and long-term reliability.
There’s no guesswork and no assumptions, just real results. Whether you are looking to improve grinding efficiency, reduce operator fatigue, or validate performance before standardizing tools, this demo program is designed to give you confidence in your choice.
Grinder types
Die grinders
Die grinding is performed using tungsten carbide burrs, high-speed steel burrs, or mounted points, depending on the size and demands of the application. Atlas Copco die grinders are compact and comfortable, delivering excellent control in tight spaces. Many models feature a speed governor to maintain power and RPMs under load, a strong power-to-weight ratio, and vibration-reducing scatter damping.
Angle grinders
Angle grinding requires tools that balance power, control, and operator comfort. Atlas Copco angle grinders are lightweight, easy to handle, and built for demanding applications such as precision grinding, rough grinding, and sanding. Designed with safety and performance in mind, they deliver reliable results across a wide range of grinding tasks without sacrificing comfort or control.
