The Air Power Behind Interactive Displays

Neu Concepts is a design and build firm located in Durham, NC. They specialize in helping companies come to life in branded environments. Compressed air is essential to building the displays and ensuring that brands show up where they need to be. Learn how Atlas Copco compressed air is the driving force behind Neu Concepts' production. They have a G4 which is a 5HP compressor from the G-range. Montville Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Montville Water Pollution Control Facility uses six Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBRs) to treat their wastewater. The influent flows have significantly higher loading than average due to industrial users from a paper plant and also a nearby casino due to those high loads. They need much more air than your average wastewater treatment plant. Atlas Copco met with Superintendent Derek Albertson about to discuss the application and why Atlas Copco’s ZB VSD+ blower was the perfect the needs of the facility.

With a mission of having zero plastic waste on our planet Earth, rPlanet Earth installed two Atlas Copco NGP550+ Nitrogen Generators. The generators are being used in the decontamination process where they are able to receive 99.9% pure Nitrogen which leads to clear water bottles and a cost savings of about $80,000 per month. Compressed air feeds the nitrogen system and is used throughout the facility.
