While rundown and trace data can be stored on the controller, true traceability and process optimization is achieved through seamless integration with our data collection and analysis software, ToolsNet 8. With every rundown stored on an external server, it is possible to locate the exact parts that may be effected by warranty or recall issues, thereby minimizing their impact.
Control and monitor programming
With ToolsTalk 2, it is possible to create user accounts to control who can create or change programs, network or fieldbus settings or update software. Different roles can be created and levels of access assigned. It is also possible to see what changes were made and who made them. With the history of changes readily available, making changes to programs and settings becomes less risky and optimization easier.
