Wireless socket and bit Selector 6 Series: Improve the operator experience
Atlas Copco’s wireless socket and bit Selector 6 series is compatible for both the Tensor ITB and Tensor ICB integrated controller tools. This is an accessory that brings operator guidance and wireless freedom to entirely new levels. Additionally, the eHMI offers operators an in-depth look at results, torque and angle values, and various rework options (batch decrements, aborts, etc.).
2D barcode scanner: Enhanced traceability and data collection (Tensor ITB tools only)
For the Tensor ITB integrated controller tools, Atlas Copco’s 2D barcode scanner allows your operators to scan a part’s barcode, improving production traceability. Once a part has been scanned into the system, information on this part is stored and can be sent to integrated software, such as ToolsNet 8, or to your Open Protocol. Users can use stored part data for later reference or traceability purposes. With the 2D barcode scanner, both 1D and 2D barcodes are supported. Additionally, a built-in LED assists in positioning the scanner while pointing at a barcode.
